Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Football Swipe ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use the Football Swipe iOS application — a football career RPG where you swipe cards to make decisions and rise from the street to Stardom.

1. Information we process

a. Game data & profile on your device

Your run history, score records, achievements, Career Points, unlocked perks, selected position, daily challenge records, settings, and any name and photo you optionally add are stored only on your device. There is no account, and we do not receive or upload this data. Your photo is read through the system photo picker and saved locally; deleting the app removes it permanently.

b. Push notifications — OneSignal

If you allow notifications, we use OneSignal to deliver occasional messages — for example, reminders about the daily challenge or new content. OneSignal assigns your install a push token and processes basic device information to deliver these messages. You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications, and the game works fully without them.

c. Attribution & marketing measurement — AppsFlyer

We use AppsFlyer to understand which marketing source led to your install and to measure installs and sessions. AppsFlyer processes device identifiers and install/session events. If you grant tracking permission (ATT prompt), this may include the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA). Denying tracking does not affect gameplay in any way.

d. Game content — card generation

To keep the game fresh, the app requests new scenario cards from our content server. Each request sends only non-personal game context — your current career stage, in-game story flags, and how many cards to return. No name, photo, account, device identifier or personal information is sent. If the device is offline or the request fails, the app falls back to a full built-in deck, so the game keeps working.

e. Diagnostics

We may receive aggregated, anonymised crash and performance data from Apple to keep the app stable. No personally identifying information is included.

2. App Tracking Transparency

iOS asks your permission before the app can track you across other apps and websites. If you deny, AppsFlyer will not use the IDFA. Football Swipe plays exactly the same either way — no feature, no card, no perk is gated behind it. You can change this decision at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

3. Third-party services

The services below process data on our behalf; their own privacy policies apply:

• OneSignal (push notifications) — onesignal.com/privacy_policy
• AppsFlyer (attribution & measurement) — appsflyer.com/legal
• Apple (App Store & device diagnostics) — apple.com/legal/privacy
• Our content server (card generation) — receives only non-personal game context (career stage, story flags, card count) to return new scenarios.

4. How we use information

• To send push notifications you have opted into.
• To measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
• To improve stability and fix crashes.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed in Section 3, solely for the purposes described.

5. Data retention

Data on your device remains until you delete the app or use the Reset function in Settings. Data held by OneSignal and AppsFlyer follows their standard retention periods (typically 90 days to 2 years); contact them directly for deletion requests.

6. Children

Football Swipe is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

7. Your choices

• Name & photo — entirely optional; add or remove them in Settings.
• Notifications — disable any time in iOS Settings → Notifications.
• Tracking (IDFA) — deny or revoke in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Game data — delete the app to remove all locally stored data, or use Settings → Reset All Progress to clear run history and achievements.
• Data requests — email us with any question or deletion request.

8. Security

All communication with our service providers uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect the limited data we process.

9. International users

Our service providers may process data on servers outside your country. By using Street to Stadium you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations, subject to the providers' privacy policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
